In my practice, I provide individual and couple and family therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to develop plans of action that fit their goals of treatment. I believe it is important for the client to be an active participant in the growth process. This is especially important with clients who are working to take ownership of their process.
My specific areas of interest are women with trauma experiences, couples who struggle with communication issues around sex and past trauma, and adolescents. Also, I work with people who are struggling with issues related to racial trauma and equity and inclusion.
I work to create an environment where clients feel safe to express their pain. Life can be hard. Let's work together to develop skills to deal with what comes so that you are equipped to have the life you want. This can be done individually and with your partner and family. Reach out and let's set up a time to connect.
