My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy, with a focus on anxiety, depression, PTSD, racial identity, sexual and intimacy concerns, perinatal mental health, and new-age adult issues. I center my work around anti-racism and trauma-informed person-centered lenses.
As a biracial Black and white woman, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice, allowing me to hold space for clients navigating identity, systemic challenges, and personal growth. I specialize in helping individuals process childhood trauma, restructure thought patterns and build a life that aligns with their authentic selves.
I integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, alongside strengths-based, mindfulness, intersectional feminist, and liberation psychology approaches. My goal is to create a safe, accountable, and nonjudgmental space where clients can heal, explore their identities, and gain the tools to navigate life with confidence.
I offer virtual and in-office sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
