When a Referral
Is Appropriate

A referral is appropriate when a patient needs a stable therapeutic setting with consistent follow‑up and clear coordination between providers. Referrals often occur when symptoms persist, when additional support is required to maintain progress, or when a patient benefits from having a dedicated clinical team overseeing their ongoing care. Our intake and clinical teams maintain structured communication with referring providers to support continuity and safety throughout treatment.

How Referrals Work

Submit the referral through our secure form.

The patient is matched with a clinician based on diagnosis, modality, identity needs, and scheduling.
