Let’s be real—being an adolescent, teen, or young adult right now can feel overwhelming. When emotions run high, identity feels uncertain, or depression and suicidal thoughts weigh heavily, it can feel deeply isolating. Healing isn’t a straight line—and it doesn’t have to be. There will be

messy moments, tears, and plenty of laughter—and that’s perfectly okay.

Therapy with me is collaborative and centered on you. You’re the expert of your story—I’m here to support and guide you. Together, we’ll make space for your emotions and explore how your experiences and relationships have shaped you, helping you reconnect with your sense of self, reclaim your voice and power, and build tools for coping and healing—all at a pace that feels right for you.

I enjoy working with LGBTQIA2S+ teens and young adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidality, identity-related concerns, family conflict, and the impacts of chronic pain or illness, particularly within the context of systemic oppression.

My approach is grounded in anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and intersectional values that honor your full complexity. As a queer therapist who embraces Health at Every Size (HAES), I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where conversations about gender, sexuality, body image, and identity are met with care. I show up with curiosity and respect, holding space for your whole self.

I’m not just here as a therapist—I’m also a queer woman living with chronic pain, constantly learning and growing alongside you. I know how isolating it can feel to exist in spaces that don’t always make room for you. You don’t have to navigate that alone—we’ll figure it out together.
