Starting therapy is a courageous step, and it’s natural to feel a mix of emotions about beginning this journey. Therapy is your space—a place where your voice matters, your feelings are valid, and your growth is the priority.
My role is to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore what’s holding you back and to discover the path forward.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or other challenges, therapy is an opportunity to work through life’s complexities at your own pace. Together, we’ll build tools to help you manage difficult emotions, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and create space for healing and self-discovery.
As someone who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community and has spent 12 years as a first responder, I understand the unique challenges that can come with navigating identity, workplace stress, and personal struggles. These experiences shape my approach to therapy—I strive to provide an inclusive, compassionate, and understanding space for all, especially those who have felt unseen or unheard in their lives.
Here’s what you can expect from our work together:
- A safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself.
- Support tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re exploring identity, working through trauma, or managing stress and anxiety.
- A collaborative process where we’ll set goals that reflect your values and aspirations.
- Practical tools and strategies you can use to navigate challenges outside of our sessions.
I have a special interest in working with those who:
- Identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community
- Are struggling with neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, etc) and seeking to learn new skills
- Active or retired first responders
- Those looking to process through work or personal traumas
This is your journey, and every step forward—no matter how small—deserves to be celebrated. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and find balance!
I offer both virtual and in-person therapy for individuals 16+. If you’re ready to take this step, I’d love to support you. Together, we’ll create a space for growth, healing, and the life you deserve.
