Therapy is an art, a collaborative process of self-discovery and transformation. I, Breanna Anderson, believe in the power of meaningful connection and will provide a space where you can explore life’s complexities with curiosity, self-compassion, and laughter.
Our emotions, especially those we’ve been taught to suppress, hold valuable insights that guide us toward deeper needs, boundaries, and truths. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard and empowered, while also being welcomed in your vulnerability—no matter how messy it may seem. I foster this dynamic by leaning into discomfort, examining my own biases, and approaching each conversation with sincere curiosity and humility.
I take a holistic approach to mental health counseling, extending beyond the therapy room into community, self-empowerment, and the search for deeper meaning in everyday life. I help clients examine their beliefs, reclaim their agency, and cultivate self-acceptance. Self-awareness can be a double-edged sword, illuminating new possibilities while making painful truths harder to ignore. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) offers a space to hold that tension, allowing you to slow down and reconnect with yourself so you can move forward with clarity and intention.
In my practice, I incorporate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting, Somatic approaches, and Humanistic Therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. I’m passionate about working with both adults and children around themes of identity and spirituality, life transitions, relationship and communication challenges, neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma, and perinatal experiences for people of all genders.
If this resonates with you, please reach out. Let’s nurture the art of living together. You can call, email, or text to set up a consultation call and ensure that I am a good fit for you.
