FAQs

Q: How do I get started?

A: Hit the contact us button and we will reach out to you to gather a bit more information, match you with a provider who fits your needs, and get you scheduled for your intake session.

Q: How long is therapy? What should I expect?

A: A therapy session usually lasts for about one hour, sometimes you and your provider may decide to schedule 30 or 45 minute session instead based on your needs. The frequency of your visits, and length of time you spend in therapy will vary and just depends on YOU! You are always in control of your treatment, and your provider will work with you to co-create a plan that works well for everyone.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Please check our pricing page for details. We accept most major insurances, and you can call your insurance provider directly to find out if you would have any out of pocket costs for therapy such as copays or deductibles.
