I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and couples. My work is grounded in a person-centered and relational approach.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients in the following areas:
- Navigating mood disorders
- Eating disorder recovery and exploring body neutrality and fat liberation
- Co-occurring medical conditions and mental health
- Addressing ADHD through a neurodivergent-affirming care
- Dismantling perfectionism
- Living with complex trauma
- Deepening relationships through exploring intersectionality and authenticity
- Exploring identity in all its forms
- Building a life worth living
I believe that healing happens in the context of safety, trust, and connection. My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive space where your experiences, values, and needs are truly seen and honored.
I often draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support insight and change. As a biracial, queer-identifying woman, I bring an intersectional lens to therapy and hold awareness of how culture, community, and systems shape mental health and identity.
I strive to be flexible and transparent in the therapy process, showing up with empathy and authenticity so that you can, too. If my style resonates with you, let’s take the next step together. Reach out to me, I am here to help.
