I believe that healing and growth begin with feeling genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that greater self-awareness can help us live more authentically, navigate challenges with confidence, and create lives that feel meaningful and aligned with our values.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your identity, experiences, relationships, and emotions with curiosity and compassion. We will work collaboratively to better understand the patterns that shape your life, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the future you envision for yourself.
Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper personal growth, my goal is to support you not only in coping, but in thriving.
The challenges we face do not exist in isolation; thus, I find it important to understand each persons unique social, cultural, and relational context. Therapy can provide an opportunity to explore how our experiences, identities, and environments influence the way we see ourselves and interact with the world. Through self-compassion, emotional awareness, and authentic exploration, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
