About Chelsea

I am honored to be part of the Vibrant Life Therapy Clinic community - a clinic whose commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and holistic care deeply aligns with my own values as a clinician and supervisor.

My role at Vibrant Life is focused solely on clinical supervision. Drawing from a psychodynamic foundation, my approach centers on self-of-the-therapist work, supporting clinicians in cultivating a relational stance that prioritizes attachment, and the development of a grounded therapist identity. I believe the most meaningful clinical work grows from a therapist who truly knows themselves (their histories, their frameworks, their edges and strengths) and I take that exploration seriously in our supervision. This includes examining how our identities and internalized systems shape the way we show up as therapists. Developing a practice that is both relationally attuned and culturally responsive is central to the work we do together.

In individual supervision, I offer a consistent, reflective space to process clinical material, strengthen case conceptualization, and build confidence. I also facilitate two monthly supervision groups. One group is open to all pre-licensed clinicians which focuses on foundational growth and shared learning, and the second advanced group is where we dive deeply into complex cases, parallel processes, and the nuances of transference and countertransference that shape long-term therapeutic change.

There is something powerful about the beginning of a therapist’s journey - discovering your voice, learning to tolerate uncertainty, and beginning to trust oneself as an instrument of healing. I am deeply proud to serve in this role at Vibrant Life and grateful for the privilege of walking alongside clinicians at such a formative and pivotal stage of their development.
